Polyaspartic Floor Coating

Polyaspartic is used for corrosion resistant coating and repair material comparable to epoxy and polyurethane. Polyaspartic chemistry was first introduced in the early 1990s making it a relatively new class of coating. All polyureas are two-part systems, meaning that a resin has to be mixed with a catalyst to create the curing reaction that hardens the material. Originally only having a 3 second Pot life made for extremely difficult applications using high-pressure spray guns with the two parts being mixed at the spray tips. Polyaspartic polyurea (or simply polyaspartics) overcomes this difficulty increasing the pot life up to two hours depending formulation.
With a fast curing time, it is able to be applied overnight allowing minimal downtime for your business. Applications include commercial hangers, kitchens, garages, and restrooms, or any other application seeking stain resistance or needing to withstand heavy abrasion. As well being UV stable it will not yellow over time it.
